I apologize for the poor audio but hopefully you can still get a good idea of the devastation and recover efforts of this amazing community in Georgia. Although more than 1,700 homes were damaged or destroyed, miraculously no one died as a direct result of this tornado which struck the community at the worst possible time - when everyone was sleeping. Cell towers were taken down and the 911 center damaged so that many did not get any early warning.
