LEFT-HANDED EASY Mint Chocolate Chip Sweater

LEFT-HANDED VERSION: Learn the joy of crocheting your very first sweater and including the easy 4-post cable! This is another in the series of learning crochet cables for the first time. While this is an intermediate design, I encourage confident beginners to give it a try in order to add more skills to your crochet tool box. Not into mint chocolate chip colors? No problem! Feel free to mix this up as you wish or go all solid in color!

Skill Level: Confident Beginner to Intermediate
Yarn: Lion Brand's Basic Stitch Anti-Pilling yarn (100% acrylic, 3.5 oz/100 g, 185 yds/170m), 8 (9, 10, 11, 12, 12, 13) skeins for the main color, in color "Sage," and Lion Brand's Basic Stitch Anti-Pilling yarn (97% acrylic, 3% viscose, 3 oz/85 g, 159 yds/145 m) 3 (3, 4, 4, 4, 4, 5 skeins for the trim color in "Almond Tweed." (This includes enough yarn for the cowl as well.)
Hook: I (or 9/5.50 mm) or size needed to reach gauge.
Notions: Scissors, yarn needle, and a measuring tape. Optional: Set of Knit Clips, 4 stitch markers
Gauge: In ribbing (fpdc, bpdc), 16 sts = 4"
Finished Sizing: Sweater - Sizes S - 4X (written pattern highly recommended - video filmed in 3X size only) Cowl - 6.25" x 24" around
